From now on, you can find all information about our webinar and meeting software in our newly set up Help Centre. The new Help Centre leaves no questions unanswered and offers categorically summarised answers on a wide variety of topics. Whether as FAQ, articles or video tutorials (following shortly), detailed explanations and instructions help optimise the use of the software for our customers.
Now you can restrict the visibility of the recordings stored in your account. Before, all recordings were accessible and visible to all users of one account. Now you have two setting options that can be configured by the administrator of the account. You can decide whether the recordings should be visible to all users as usual, or only to the moderators and user of the selected webinar.
Aiming at isolating the causes of errors in suboptimal webinars and meetings more quickly and being able to access a reliable image of our customer satisfaction at all time, a new feedback function has been designed. From now on, moderators of meetings or webinars (owners) will be asked for feedback after manually ending the event. Feedback can be given in the form of up to five stars. If only one or two stars are given, there is an option of explaining the rating.
The new info box in your customer dashboard allows us to inform you about the latest updates, scheduled maintenance work and further important customer information.
