Do you have questions or need help? Lots of information and tutorials on edudip next can be found in our new edudip help centre. The edudip help desk also provides helpful answers to the most important questions. With the assistance of our help centre, you can learn everything about using the webinar software with video conference function.

Our new help centre has been available to you for a few weeks. Clearly divided into 3 areas – knowledge base, FAQ and video tutorials – we put together a large amount of extensive information, help instructions and practical explanatory videos for you.

 

All setting points and the usage of edudip next are explained step by step. Each area has a simple search function with which you can filter all information on a selected topic.

The knowledge base area is your first contact point for information and assistance on edudip next. In over 150 articles and 10 categories we explain the menu navigation, webinar management, functions of the webinar and meeting room as well as the most important settings in your edudip next account.

For those who are in a hurry, compact PDF instructions can be found in our download area for you to print out. Also, you can quickly find the most important information about booking your subscription and all the features and options of the various subscription models under edudip next account.
