We would like to share our 16 hypotheses related to the question, why the amount of female managers is low in German-speaking countries; we will focus not only on the reasons but also on recommendations for women as well as on practical advice for companies. As previous presentations prove, most of our hypotheses apply across cultures, however there are a few that are specific to the German-speaking countries.
womenizing.com was launched in 2012 with a focus on gender gap issues in German-speaking countries. The research project, based on more than 60 in depth-interviews, is the basis for our consulting approach supporting both companies as well as women.
