I really enjoyed the webinar. Artem presented several ways ordinary clin ops folks can look for unusual data - it doesn't require a statistician. That encourages and gives confidence to the people closest to the clinical trial to look for unusual data. It doesn't have to be that hard. Thank you. Michael Roberson

This was a great way to refresh the concepts from the My RBQM Green & Black Belt courses. Also, a good discussion of external factors that influence the data.

It's all about critical thinking. Applying critical thinking during trial risk assessment is pivotal to improving study conduct overall. To fully manage risk, risk-based organizations need to develop an approach that supports critical thinking. In this workshop, we will demonstrate how critical thinking helps to identify critical processes and critical data.

This 90-min mindsON workshop is dedicated to the fundamental CP & CD knowledge every risk-oriented clinical expert must have:

- What are the Critical Processes that are relevant to RBQM?

- Which stakeholders should be involved?

- How Critical Processes can differ from study to study.

- How Critical Processes can be formalized.

- How Critical Data can be defined if the eCRF is not yet defined.

- How Critical Data influence KRIs.

We will empower participants with templates of typical critical processes.

About "mindsON RBQM" workshops: mindsON RBQM is a series of workshops that provides practical advice on the challenging aspects of an RBQM roll-out and its daily execution. Each workshop allows room for interactive dialog and problem-solving exercises. We invite you to share your own experiences and participate in the interactive dialog. If you prefer to listen and observe, that's okay as well.
