Having difficulties with disappearing haze in your NEIPA, Wheat- or Belgian Style Wit beers? Spring’Blanche™ is a yeast extract rich in native proteins of various molecular weights which will specifically interact with polyphenols to produce a permanent stable haze in your beer(s).
