As a moderator or participant, do I have to download edudip next before using it?
No, our webinar software is web-based and can therefore be used immediately without any installation. Since it uses the latest HTML5 technology, users and moderators do not need any additional browser plug-ins.
Is the webinar software secure?
You can rely on us: To ensure security, edudip uses the highest quality (tele)communication connections as well as modern technology and the latest standards. Data is thus transmitted via an HTTPS connection with 256-bit TLS encryption
How secure is my data at edudip?
edudip next is a “software made in Germany”. This means that the entire edudip next software is developed and supported in Germany. Data and software are hosted exclusively in European data centres and thus comply 100 percent with European data protection.

How can participants attend a webinar without registering?
Your participants can easily attend your webinar directly via a registration form. As the organiser, you decide what data you want the registration form to include. It is not necessary for participants to have a registered account.
How many moderators and participants can talk at the same time in a webinar?
During the webinar you have the opportunity to appoint up to 3 additional co-moderators and at the same time max. 4 - 10 participants can be activated. They can decide for themselves whether they want to be transmitted via audio, video or both streams.
