More transparency: Stay up to date and subscribe to the status updates and the new changelog. In addition to our status page, you now have a changelog at your disposal, which can be used to receive information on upcoming changes and innovations at an early stage.

edudip Changelog

The new changelog page is now online available, and can be viewed or subscribed to at any time. There you will find all information about upcoming changes and innovations of our webinar and meeting software as well as all associated edudip services. Here we will inform you in advance about which updates will be carried out in the near future.


All updates are documented in an activity log. In this way, you can view all past changes to the edudip software and services chronologically. Subscribe now and receive all update information in real-time via email.

edudip status-updates

The edudip status page has been online for a couple of months already and gives you the opportunity to view the status of the edudip services at any time. Here you will find all information about the real-time operating status and accessibility of all edudip services. Furthermore, you will be informed about planned maintenance work.



The status page creates more transparency for our users and is an important place to narrow down the cause of technical problems with edudip services.

The status page is automatically updated every 60 seconds. Visitors are informed in real-time about uptime, reaction speeds and updates of all edudip services. By clicking on “All incidents/maintenance” you can also view updates and interruptions in chronological order.

Subscription to edudip Status-Updates S

You can sign up to receive notifications for every status update. This means that you will always receive real-time information about the status of the edudip services via email.
The notification settings can be customised so that you only receive relevant information about the selected services.

To do so, click “Subscribe to Updates”. A pop-up will appear, which allows you to enter your e-mail address and choose whether you want to receive all status changes or only want to be informed about selected services.

You then will receive an email in which you must confirm your registration. You can use the confirmation received to adjust the subscription or deactivate it again.
