Susanne Doser is a certified trainer, coach, lecturer and consultant who works with individuals and groups from Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Switzerland, Austria, U.S., Mexico, China and India in Germany and abroad to facilitate the challenges of working and communicating across cultures.

Susanne brings a wealth of personal, professional, and educational experience to her work. With over 21 years experience working in international business and educational environments Susanne has held positions or consulted for a variety of companies and organizations, especially within the automobile, chemical, banking, production, health care, IT and transport industry. She is a lecturer for Intercultural Management at the University of Cooperative Education in Mannheim and author of 30 minutes for intercultural competence (Gabal publishers).

Susanne regularly facilitates individualized workshops and coachings for executives abroad and in Germany. These are often based on selected personal profiles. She also designs and delivers customized programs and business seminars for executives from around the world, as well as bi-cultural team trainings, focusing on various cultures.

Susanne is also able to share her insights and expertise from a personal perspective. A bi-cultural Belgium-German, she was born in Belgium and grew up in Belgium and Germany. Susanne is fluent in German, English and Dutch and is able to incorporate a deep understanding of the complexities of communicating across linguistic barriers into her work. She lived and worked in Belgium and Mexico, as well as in Germany and meanwhile has worked with people from more than 45 countries in a professional context.

Her seminars are peppered with personal anecdotes sharpened from a lifetime of interacting and working with people form different cultures. Combined with her sound foundation in intercultural theory, Susanne is able to connect with her clients and participants in her programs and provide a deep awareness of the “why’s” behind behaviour.
